I am  an avid learner...a dedicated study is very important for me...though I keep arranging and rearranging them...as per my convenience..

I feel this bamboo bed table is a great purchase...gives a nice platform fr the laptop, while I can study from bed..

In current city of Irvine..
I am researcher, also an artist.......
When tired of science, I seek art......
So, in the opposite ends of my study, I have set up two tables...
One for reading science literature, writing paper, coding etc...

Another for painting......

The antipodal activities keep me sane and motivated........

My garden as winter presides...looks of the patio in the penultimate month of the fading year..

Just waiting to see the nasturtiums bloom..

A pretty hibiscus against the jacaranda canopy..

As the sun duration is dwindling, some of the big containers went up to the wall..

Place: Cloud-draped rainforest of Olympic National Park..

Before visiting Olympic National Park...I had only visualized how a rainforest should look like...
The imaginations were not far from what I saw..

Now, do not they induce a longing for piping hot coffee..

Knowledge: Natural fragrance for the bathroom..

Bath rooms become stinky for obvious reasons...

A plethora of articles are sold in markets for masking the odor and make them fragrant..

Spray, mist, candle, wax, jelly beads, essential oil..

The issue is they have chemicals that are endocrine-disruptors.....regular use is bound to manipulate hormonal system......causing all sort  of diseases.......

So, I put my garden flowers.......

but they are perishable...

So, I made this mixture of coarse ground cinnamon, cloves and air-dried rosemary...

I hope, it will subdue the mildew smell for sometime...

I had never tried jicama, the Mexican vegetable....bought a tuber..made into fries...I liked the sweet crunchy dish..will repeat for sure......
