Fragrant plumeria blossoms...I never thought that these shrubs commonly planted in India as ornamental plant are found in South California too, until I discovered this flower-laden bush in the front yard of a house in my neighborhood...No doubt, it evoked memories of home and country...
I had never seen their fruits, so it was quite interesting to discover the shiny pods...
The bare, fleshy stems leafing out in Spring....
