Observation: Strange findings in the neighborhood.....

It's a crazy world that never ceases to astonish, springing surprises every now and then. Then that's the fuel of life..Check the pictures and you'll know what I mean...

I learnt that shoes hanging from wires used to be a symbol of gang territory...another opinion is that, it symbolizes that crack (cocaine) can be purchased nearby. Another source opines that it's a tradition of throwing the lace-tied shoes pair on the last day of school. Interesting is not it?

Shoes hung in Cuyamaca rancho state park...

An utility pole covered with countless nails and screws...

A wooden hive box discarded on the grass by the curb...

It's another discovery that took me by surprise. The other day, I was ambling below a Bradford pear tree in Tewinkle Park, gazing at the clusters of lovely blossoms. Then, this beaded chain, what looked like a necklace drew my attention. The chain was hanging from a branch, almost camouflaged with the off-white flowers. I tried to picture its landing on this tree, but nothing seemed realistic.
