Nature: Houses in the lap of nature.......

A posh residential area in Riverside county, nestled at the foothills of Mount Rubidoux and the valley of Santa Ana river, girdled by snow-capped mountains...

A pretty, little house tucked away in the lap of lush nature, fringed by blue hills...

A lovely house in the quiet, bucolic outskirts of Costa Mesa town, near the Upper Newport Bay marsh and adjoining Ecological Preserve. I can't help envy the owner for having this picturesque house surrounded by alder and sycamore trees. Birds love thronging this area for the least human interference and the abundance of Toyon, Pyracantha, Nandina, Brazil pepper berries. I have seen cardinal, finch, sparrow, towhee, mockingbird, bushtit and the omnipresent hummingbirds chirping among the rambles. There is a beautiful park in front of this house, boasting of oak, Western Redbud, Pride of Madeira, California poppy, tropical sage, golden grass and many more flora , I am at a loss to recognize. Not far way is a golf course and equestrian trails. Just beyond the house, there is a stable harboring chestnut-hued horses and a grazing pasture for them to graze. The biggest attraction is the reed and meadow flowers covered marsh where each winter thousands of migratory birds descend for foraging. Now, is not that much akin to owning an abode in paradise?

Picturesque rows of houses along the shore of the Pacific...It must have been thrilling to live by the mightiest Ocean..

Dusk blankets a row of houses on the edge of Woodbridge lake....

A house near Bluesky preserve.......

Houses up above the bluffs........surrounded by verdant greenery....

A house by the June lake.......
