American small towns fascinate me, with their unique characteristics, local stores, small houses, natural beauty...while visiting national parks, I get to spend nights there, and savor their quaint beauty....some of my stopovers..

We spent a couple of nights in this lodge during our visit to Glacier National Park...Its located not far from Canada border....
The lobby was emanating a snug feel with that big bison head, fireplace, bundle of logs and that straw angel..
Its the backside of the lodge..with his morning tea, my souse is looking at the countless Columbian squirrels inhabiting the property...
Situated at the North-East entrance of Yellowstone National Park was one of that kind...known as a tourist city, populated with motels and lodges, it seems untouched by urbanization with its natural beauty intact...

Abandoned buildings....
Rain-washed forest refreshes the eyes...
