Canadian geese...these big-sized waterfowls can be spotted in most of the South California water bodies....
They look impressive with long black necks and white chin straps...
A flock foraging by the meadow of Cuyamaca lake in San Diego county............
They are fearless towards humans unlike the coots....
Another trait I have noticed about them is their great parenting skill....both parents share the duty of protecting the goslings...
Only nuisance they make is pooping around the lawn and spoiling its aesthetic beauty....
