Passion: Sun-loving plants......perfect for South California....

Well, all plants are not heliophiles..........but most of them are......
And if you live in South California........its better if the plants like the sunshine....
So, portulaca fits the bill...
It's bud while the sunlight was yet to caress it..

Full-abloom when touched by the rays....

Hibiscus...before the sunlight properly fell on the bud...

Fully open as sunlight kissed it..

Also, my jade plant leaves are turning red at their edges....an adaptation to the intense light...
In shade, it was all green......
