Season: Rain-bathed shots........

An elm tree bark half soaked in rain and half dry...like bright day in one hemisphere and inky night in the other half of the globe..

A leaf of rain-kissed wild taro (Colocasia esculenta) leaf, swaying in the moist, chilly weather

A thicket of rain-washed fresh English Ivy. Notice the distinctly different, two shades of green.

A cluster of buds of Bush lily (Clivia miniata) at  different stages of flowering, draped with  rain drops..........

A mourning dove perched in a contemplative mood on a rain-soaked, leafless sweetgum tree. It was raining hard that day and the poor bird had nowhere to go, but wait for it to subside...

Rain scrubs away  all sorts of dirt from foliage, accentuating their greenery, making they glow with health..The trees seem revitalized. I love to watch the rain-washed plants and bask in their freshness and zeal for life...
Check for yourself....
