Creativity: Cheap yet charming decors........

Though self-taught and amateur in skills, I am essentially charmed by art and craft. If the object d'art is made of inexpensive, discarded, found or so-called trash articles, then I find it all the more appealing. Recently, I have  made some simple yet artistic decors ..........

Dried sweetgum balls filled in a transparent glass vase............

Cones and Norfolk pine needles arranged in a wide-mouthed glass bowl....

Artificial twigs fallen from a stealth tower stuck in a yoghurt tub plastered with collages..

Pea cans as pen holders........I fished out four empty tin pea can from the closet. Elmer glue, a duct tape, few A4 size white photocopy papers, a gift wrap sheet and a couple of glossy journal pages were all that I required. The tin cans smeared with glue were wrapped with the white paper.  Then the thin, folded strips of glossy papers were used to encircle two cans. For the other two, I used the red gift-wrap paper and rimmed with black duct tape for enhanced contrast. Barely half an hour's project and the pen stands were ready for use.

Some creative crafts here....
Leaves cut as faces...

And a flower dress....

Hope you loved............
