Place: Visiting Point Loma......

Point Loma  is a picturesque as well as historically-enriched place in San Diego...It houses Cabrillo National monument and a National cemetery...protruding into the Pacific and bordered by San Diego Bay in the East, it offers a grand vista....the blue Ocean, the city skyline, rugged shoreline and many more..sharing some from my perspective......
I love visiting it, times and again...after all, it offers such a diverse set of interesting activity to indulge in....

Whale watching trip.....

jet ski..

Hiking..

enjoying the sweeping view..

Surfing...

Playing on the shore...

Exploring the tidepool...

A sea anemeone .....

Goose barnacle....

or enjoying moments of solitude...

The statue of Cabrillo...San Diego skyline, Coronado island and Parts of Mexico in the backdrop...

A lone Monterey cypress graces the landscape...

Coastal-flora clad bluffs of Point Loma, San Diego...

Rocky beach......

Fort Rosecrans National cemetery faces the Ocean and bay.....

The million of uniform, white-marble  tombstones placed in neat rows on the green slopes, facing the Pacific creates an amazing place...Shadowed by the Torrey pines and swept by the fresh Ocean breeze, this place certainly is nice to 'sleep forever'...

It was touching to see bouquets of flowers laid for their deceased loved ones..

May they all rest in peace...

Beautiful San Diego skyline...

Old lighthouse atop the bluff tells stories of bygone era......
