Plant: Loquat bounty in summer............

Loquat is a Rosaceae member flower with oblong, deep-green leaves, and blooms of white...

They are ripening in huge clusters, in our apartment, in neighborhood, in our University campus..
Though not many know that they are perfectly edible and spare them for the lucky birds and squirrels or let them rot, I know how to make good use of them...
I harvested bowlful from our apartment garden..

The fruits have thin peels and a few pits...the pulp tastes from sour to sweet...
