Weather has cooled down now........
But barely weeks before hot winds from the desert was blowing.......Like many South California residents, I got a possible evacuation message on my phone...
How scary it was!
My spouse at work convinced me that our neighborhood is at a safe distance..
To check the situation, I ventured out in my bike............
Its what I saw..smoky sky..
Orangish smokes floating in the blue sky.....
Choppers either monitoring the situation or trying to extinguish the fire.......
I felt fire is quite far from our house...but, that's how life in chaparral country goes!
