Faun: Shelters of animals........

I often wonder where do the water-fowls in the local park take shelter for the night? Well, there are some big hollows in the coral and fig trees, to accommodate some of them, but definitely not all of them. When the weather is balmy, they can rest on the tree branches, but what on rainy, stormy days or in the dead of winter? I have not found answer to that. But, some days back I saw this amusing scene that partially answered my query. It was a relatively hot day, even for the waterfowls. I saw a mallard resting inside a rock crevice. I knew,  the wildlife make their own survival arrangements...
