Can you guess what does this picture depict?

Well, let me help....-t's a drop of oil spread into a thin film on water....The other day I was stunned to see this amazing spectrum of colors on the pool of a Park...the pattern showing all hues of rainbow seemed to me not less vivid than an abstract painting.

Anyway, it demonstrates how fast the oil spills must be spreading on Ocean water, jeopardizing the marine lives....
