Aspens dominate in slopes of Sierra...sometimes as a wave, in a meander, in a clump, as a patch, in the shape of a horseshoe, as if tumbling down the hills..........some of my observations...
*In this regard, it seems relevant to share the information that, a group of quaking aspens named pando (with Latin meaning 'I spread') has been recognized to be largest living organism....Also, this sprawling plant in Utah happens to be one of the oldest living organism....
