Festival: Halloween decor, costumes and face paintings in Old Town......

Halloween is in the air...Old Town (in San Diego),  birth place of California wears the theme too...check it out..

It was the Halloween weekend last Saturday...and no other place in San Diego reflects the spirit of this festival better than Old Town!

Flocks of people in costumes and face paintings were hanging out down the streets...

This kid in spooky attire reminded me of 'Exorcist' girl...

More and more people were getting their face painted...

A lady in 'Dia de los muertos' costume....

Autumn, October and Halloween have one thing in common...and that is the color orange...

Heritage park in October...sweetgum foliage were starting to turn reddish-orange..

Same place in May..sweetgums were lush green...jacarandas were in full bloom...

Another Heritage park  building in summer and Fall, respectively......

I guess, its a synagogue..my spouse resting under the pepper trees...

October evening...fog from the Ocean was creating a dramatic view...city lights were illuminating..

The perennial statue in Farmer's market was in keeping with Halloween theme...
