Few years back, there was this Anatolian food and culture festival in our city Costa Mesa.....we had visited there, and got a taste of Turkey...there we had met world's tallest man..Sultan Kösen ...a Turkish-Kurdish man...his height wa 8 ft 2.82 in..
His excessive height was due to acromegaly, a tumor of the pituitary gland.
