The other day Surya and I were having a leisure walk in Santa Ana. It was lunch time and we spotted this pink taco truck parked by the side walk. People were buying the much-relished Mexican delicacies. Watching them enjoy the food sitting by the tree shades, I turned curious to check the menu.
Right from burrito, quesadilla, tortilla, taco, asada, salsa, guacamole to queso, mulita, sopito were being sold. Sliced radish, carrot and onion were kept, not to miss the chips and sodas. Though the fare was tempting, I had my belly full with the home-cooked luncheon. Next time I would love to try the meals from the wheels.
