Plant: Mussaenda flowers............

This evergreen, ornamental shrub with hairy leaves and attractive pink bracts with tiny yellow flowers has been gracing our backyard since ages. But, no one could enlighten me about its real identity. Only recently, I got to know the scientific introduction of this beautiful plant, thanks to the treasure-trove blogs. It is Mussaenda alicia belonging to Rubiaceae family, grown in South East Asia and Africa. I have tender memories of making posies with these superficial flowers (bracts).
